Shipping Information

Within the Continental U.S.

Send specimens in cloth or paper (no plastic). Items must stay cool and dry at all times. If you are sending perishable items, you must contact us before shipping so we can give you detailed instructions on how to ship your trophies safely.

All deliveries must arrive during normal business hours.

When shipping birds please follow the Federal Migratory Bird shipping instructions exactly.

Please include your name, address, and phone number on both the inside and outside of the package.

Include copies of any special permits needed in obtaining the trophy.

Outside the U.S.

Please send original copies of any necessary permits, including Cities, veterinarian certificates, and export/import permits directly to Michael Vaden's Wildlife Artistry, Inc.
